About Services

There are many safe, nurturing ways to process what weighs on the heart and mind. The specific techniques used in a transpersonal healing session are dependent on the client's needs and goals, offering flexibility wherever there is a need for it. Healing is about integration, not erasure; about transforming memories and past hurts so that they no longer wield power over you the same way. By embracing our stories with kindness and awareness, we reclaim our lives and open the door to a more authentic, free, and spiritually connected existence. Any of these services may be requested or offered in an integrated healing session, or inquired about during a consultation. Always feel free to contact me if you have any questions before you take the next step!

Integrative services offered:

  • Shadow Work:  Used to explore and integrate repressed shadow aspects like unconscious negative emotions, fears, traumas, and limiting beliefs. This process reveals hidden potential, creativity, and strengths, promoting self-awareness, growth, and healing. It balances mind, body, and spirit for a more authentic, fulfilling life. Techniques include journaling, meditation, dream analysis, shadow mapping, and self-reflection.

  • Somatic ProcessingA body-centered therapeutic approach that gently guides you to become deeply aware of your body's subtle sensations and signals, helping you to release stored trauma and chronic stress held within, rather than concentrating solely on thoughts or explicit memories. Each session begins with a calming conversation to establish trust and understanding, followed by a mindful exploration of physical feelings such as muscle tightness, breath patterns, and shifts in energy flow throughout the body. This process supports healing on both a physical and emotional level, promoting well-being.

  • Grounding Techniques: There are various forms of grounding, and they are used as important self-soothing skills to keep you in the present moment and manage overwhelming feelings, stress, or anxiety.  A few include bodily awareness and connection, as with the somatic process, and the 5-4-3-2-1 method as a mindful technique that connects you to the present through the senses. Earthing is the practice of connecting your body to the Earth's energy to improve well-being. Mantras, hydration, and breathwork are simple grounding techniques we can use any time throughout the day but don’t often think about.

  • Spiritual Counseling: Combines a person’s spiritual beliefs with counseling to support healing and self-understanding. It helps people explore life’s big questions, find meaning, and live in line with their purpose, no matter their spiritual views. I have education in the history and evolution of various belief systems, as well as a personal understanding of the disconnect that occurs as the result of spiritual conflict. It can manifest as feelings of low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and a loss of purpose or meaning, which can also affect mental and physical health. Aside from counseling, I also offer education and mentoring in an eclectic variety of spiritual and ritual practice.

  • Mental Health Advocacy: It is super important to integrate mental health wellness into any healing journey. I advocate for working with conventional therapies alongside holistic practices for a full spectrum of treatment, which includes helping you find resources when needed. I am educated in mood disorders, PTSD, neurodevelopmental and autism spectrum disorders (ASD). I am not a licensed therapist but am happy to guide you in the right direction for seeking help. I understand there is a huge stigma that goes with mental health care, and it can be a very scary journey. I hope to help relieve some of that fear.

  • Other tools I currently work with are nutrition, supplements, herbs, crystals, and vibrational therapies.

  • I provide a sex-positive judgement-free environment, a safe space that is often needed but overlooked in today’s world.

  • All services provided are complementary to, but not a replacement for, conventional medical care. Content is for educational purposes and does not substitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
