I have always been that person- the one that gives advice and validates the inner voice of other’s on their path to gaining understanding, long before I understood the thoughts going through my own head. I know my generation was not effectively taught to understand or internalize their own inner processes, which leaves no surprise as to why so many of us jumped into the healing path as adults. I call it an awakening, of sorts. The grandchildren of the silent generation, trying to heal generational trauma while keeping it together ourselves!

When I started my own journey of healing years ago, it fueled my love of helping other’s in their own journeys of healing and making sure that inner voice is heard loud and clear. It has been a long road of making sure I have the knowledge base for supporting the mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of those that cross my path, but it is ever enough? In my experience there is always more to learn, always a path to healing not ventured, and we never stop learning. I learn just as much from those I encounter as they do from me, and it’s in that capacity that we connect and grow as humans.

Merry Meet!

My educational foundation is rooted in both scientific and metaphysical studies, bringing a broad approach to healing and wellness. My educational journey began with a B.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis, where I developed a deep understanding of human behavior and processing, with focus on neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD. I then attained an M.S. in Psychology, further enhancing my knowledge of mental health and therapeutic practices, with a focus on PTSD and trauma. I chose not to venture in to the world of therapeutic licensure, but instead focused on the spiritual and physical connection to mental health. I have always believed you cannot have an affliction of the mind without it affecting the other two, and vise-versa.

In 2020 I pursued a Master of Metaphysical Sciences, M.Sc., enriching my ability to explore the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit in the healing process. Currently, I am advancing toward my Ph.D., while my certification as a practitioner and ministerial ordainment through Wisdom of the Heart means I can offer a personalized and intuitive, heart-centered healing journey, addressing the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of wellness with compassion and insight.

I live in Polson at the base of the Mission Mountains, with my family, our dog Freyja, and our flock of mischievous birds. Love and light, my friends.
